In order to attempt to take the mystique out of what can seem like arbitrary fees for architectural services, we have broken them down and published them below. These are intended to be below industry standards (see links below) for a smooth process of establishing the fees and an effort by ATLAS ARCHITECTURE to begin to build the most important aspect between the Architect and Owner… Trust.
ATLAS ARCHITECTURE focuses on new custom residential construction. Home renovations and additions are not our preferred engagement, but we are willing to discuss for special instances. The construction budget of the home should be between $500,000 and $2,000,000 for the project to be a good fit for us both.

Basic Services - Part A: Programming, Concept, Schematic Design = 1% to 2% of Construction Cost, depending on complexity of project.

Basic Services - Part B: Design Development including cabinetry details, fixtures and finishes, and lighting design = 1% of Construction Cost
Basic Services - Part C: Construction Documents, Structural Engineering = 2% to 3% of Construction Cost, depending on complexity of project.
